The high rankings of eScription's MTSO partners coincide with the company's own #1 ranking and 2007 Best in KLAS award in the category of Transcription and Back-End Speech Recognition software, an achievement it recently earned for the fourth year in a row. The KLAS customer survey covered 17 different performance and business indicators for the Outsourced Transcription companies. These included: services delivered on time, quality of services staff, services delivered within budget, keeps all promises, and 'would you buy it again?' among others.
